Safer Gambling
What is Self Exclusion?
Self-exclusion means asking a gambling provider to exclude you from gambling with them for a length of time.
Admiral Casino offers two different types of exclusions:
Time-Out - 24 Hours up to 42 Days
Self-Exclusion - 6 Months up to 5 Years
If you have any balance left on your account, you can request a withdrawal prior to excluding yourself, alternatively you can contact customer support who will help you withdraw the remaining balance.
We will do all we can to prevent you from opening another account with us, but you must not try to open another account.
We will stop all marketing communications within 48 hours of your Self-Exclusion being set.
Please note - If we identify that you have opened a duplicate account (e.g. falsified or changed personal details) with Admiral Casino, any remaining funds in the account will be forfeited and sent to a registered gambling charity organisation.

What is the Reality Check Feature?
To help keep on top of the time spent playing, reality checks are automatically set to remind you every 60 minutes while you’re playing. We also have the option for these to appear every 30 minutes. You cannot remove the reality check. But you may adjust the frequency. To amend the Reality Check settings on your account, visit the Reality Check page or contact us here: [playerprotection@admiralcasino.co.uk] to request a call from our Player Protection Team
