How does a bonus reward work?
Each bonus reward awarded to you carries a wagering requirement, which defines how much real money needs to be staked in order to convert that particular bonus into withdrawable cash.
Here's an example: You have received a £10 Bonus through a promotion. The wagering requirement is 1 times (x1) the bonus amount (1 × £10 = £10 wagering target). Therefore, £10 must be staked to convert the £10 Bonus into withdrawable cash.
IMPORTANT: If you have two or more rewards, they are triggered and unlocked separately, one after the other. One is active, and the rest are pending in chronological order.
Where can I track my wagering target and my progress?
We have a dedicated area in the menu section of your user account.
Click on your user icon, go to the My Rewards section in the navigation menu, and you will see a breakdown of how many rewards you have, which one is currently active, and the rest that are pending. You will also see how much wagering has been achieved towards your requirement. This figure is updated every time a stake is placed.
Does wagering work the same way in all games?
No. Not all games contribute towards the wagering requirements at the same rate. Please be aware that all wagering on Sports or Bingo will not contribute towards any wagering requirements.
