How to Play Slingo Elf Blitz
In Slingo Elf Blitz, the well-loved Slingo mechanic is at the heart of the game. The main game features a frosty 5x5 grid with randomly generated numbers. Below the matrix are five numbers corresponding to those on the reels. Matched numbers are marked by red, blue, green, or blank symbols, propelling the elf racer forward based on the colour. Achieving a line of matched numbers results in a Slingo and advances players on a progressively increasing prize ladder. Wilds and super wilds help in creating wins by allowing players to choose which number to mark, and a free spins symbol grants an additional spin.
Additional Spins
After the initial 10 spins, players have the option to unwrap more spins, providing an opportunity to increase the stake size. This allows for additional progression on the prize ladder and the potential to race further along the track. It adds an extra layer of excitement and engagement to the festive gameplay experience.
Play Controls
Play controls can be selected from the menu:
- Set the maximum number of extra spins to be offered
- Set the maximum price to be offered as an extra spin
- Set the maximum stake for any single game
- Set the maximum loss for any single game
The game will automatically end if any of the set limits are reached.
Best Strategy
The optimal strategy dictates that the selection of positions for Wilds and Super Wilds should always prioritise moving the player closer to completing a Slingo. When faced with multiple positions meeting the same criteria, preference is given to positions included in the most Slingos (win lines).
For instance, the central square is preferred due to its inclusion in a horizontal, vertical, and two diagonal lines. In cases where multiple positions with the same criteria are still available, a random choice is made.
Pending Games
Incomplete games will be automatically finalized three hours after launch. Any remaining spins will be executed using a random number generator to make any player decisions. Any winnings acquired during these final spins will be automatically credited to the player.
