Why can’t I choose my withdrawal method?
To ensure maximum security and prevent fraudulent activities, we have implemented several safety measures, including a Closed Loop Policy. According to this policy, any funds deposited from a specific card or e-wallet must be returned to the same card or e-wallet. Once this process is complete, you are free to withdraw any remaining winnings using your preferred payment method.
For instance, if you deposited £20 from your card and £30 from your PayPal account and have winnings of £100, £20 will go back to your card, £30 to your PayPal account, and you can choose the method for the remaining £50 withdrawal.
If you used a Paysafe voucher for your deposit, you will be prompted to withdraw via Bank Transfer.
Once you have requested a withdrawal via Bank Transfer, our customer support team will be in touch with you to request a bank statement, this is to ensure that the name registered to the bank account matches the one registered on the Admiral Casino account. The bank statement would also be checked to ensure that we have the correct bank account details in order to avoid any unnecessary delays.
To speed up this process, you're welcome to email us your bank statement to support@admiralcasino.co.uk.

Can I withdraw to my credit card?
Since April 2020, credit cards cannot be used to make deposits on UK gambling sites.
However, if you deposited using your credit card prior to April 2020, when you request a withdrawal, you may be required to withdraw part of the amount back to the same credit card. This is in accordance with our Closed Loop Policy, ensuring that withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for deposits. If you have used multiple payment methods for deposits, the system will automatically distribute the withdrawal among the registered payment methods.

Can I withdraw bonus funds?
No, you cannot withdraw bonus funds (known as Rewards). When you have an active reward on your account, you need to stake real money. Once you meet the wagering requirements, the reward will be converted into real money and automatically credited to your account balance, which can then be withdrawn.
Check your active/pending rewards, wagering requirements, and expiry date by clicking here: Bonus Conversion.
Remember: Having a bonus/reward will never prevent you from being able to withdraw. You can withdraw your cash at any time, but doing so will forfeit any unconverted rewards you may have.
